The Committee meeting start times listed below for Wednesday, June 17 are approximate, as committee meetings will begin following the conclusion of the preceding committee meeting.

• A meeting of the Real Estate Committee, chaired by Trustee Doug Rouse, will begin at 2:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to review the capital facilities needs requests of Mississippi's eight public universities in anticipation of the 2010 legislative session.
• A meeting of the Budget, Finance and Audit Committee, chaired by Trustee Bob Owens, will begin at approximately 3:30 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss items on the Budget, Finance and Audit agenda.

On Thursday, June 18, the full Board will convene at 8:30 a.m. and will then conduct business as a committee of the whole. Various Board committees, including Budget, Finance and Audit; Real Estate; and Legal will meet as part of the Board meeting.

For all meetings, an executive session may be held in accordance with the Open Meetings Act. The Board meeting will be available for real-time viewing via live webcast on the IHL website, www.mississippi.edu/ihl.
