9/11/2008 - Jackson, Miss.

Members of the Mississippi Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning (IHL) Board Search Committee for the next President of Mississippi State University (MSU), chaired by Trustee Scott Ross, will meet Tuesday, September 16, 2008, beginning at 10:30 a.m., and Wednesday, September 17, 2008, beginning at 8:00 a.m., in the IHL Board Room in the Universities Center, 3825 Ridgewood Road, Jackson, MS, 39211 for the purpose of conducting first round interviews. Board Search Committee members will be joined by Mississippi State's Interview Search Advisory Committee, a subset of the original campus Search Advisory Committee formed to review all resumes and recommend candidates to the Board Search Committee. A listing of the members of the Interview Search Advisory Committee can be found here. An executive session may be held in accordance with the Open Meetings Act.
