The location of the Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning (IHL) Search Committee meeting for the next president of Alcorn State University has moved from the IHL Board room to the University of Mississippi Medical Center’s Norman C. Nelson Student Union Building, 2nd floor Board room, 2500 North State Street, Jackson, MS, due to a city water line break. The meeting will begin at 2:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is for the Board Search Committee to discuss candidate recommendations from the Alcorn State University Search Advisory Committee. An executive session may be held in accordance with the Open Meetings Act.
