Members of the Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning will hear from The University of Southern Mississippi (USM) campus community in Campus Listening Sessions on Monday, October 3, in Hattiesburg, and Tuesday, October 4, in Long Beach. The discussions will center on the qualities and qualifications stakeholders believe the next president of the university should possess.
The Hattiesburg Campus Listening Sessions will begin at 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 3, 2022, on the campus located at 118 College Drive, Hattiesburg, Miss., 39406. The sessions will be held in the Joe Paul Theater on the second floor of the Thad Cochran Center and last for 90 minutes each. Visitors should park in the Thad Cochran Center parking lot. The Gulf Park Campus Listening Sessions will begin at 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, on the campus located at 730 East Beach Boulevard, Long Beach, Miss., 39560. The sessions will be held in Fleming Auditorium inside the Fleming Education Center, first floor, and last for 90 minutes each. Visitors should park in the Fleming Education Center parking lot.
