The Real Estate and Facilities Division of the Institutions of Higher Learning is charged with the responsibility of managing all affairs relating to the capital improvement process, repair and renovation programs, property management, educational building corporation projects, and public-private development projects.

Mission

Objectives of this Division are to ensure that facilities adequately address academic needs of the institutions; that needs are determined and prioritized for the funding; that funded projects are monitored and kept on schedule to optimize results for expenditures; and that construction and maintenance programs are reviewed and monitored for effectiveness.
