Jeanne Carter Luckey was appointed to the Board by Governor Phil Bryant in May 2018 to represent the Second (Southern) Supreme Court District for a term to expire May 7, 2027.
Mrs. Luckey resides in Ocean Springs, where she is owner of JCL LLC, a real estate holding company and Magnolia State Development Group. Extremely active in her community, Jeanne has served on the Board of Directors of the Gulf Coast Debutante Society for 12 years, is a member of the Board of the Gulf Coast Salvation Army and the Coastal America Insurance Company Board of Directors. She has held leadership positions in the Junior Auxiliary, Children's House School Board, Walter Anderson Museum Board and the Gulf Coast YMCA.
Mrs. Luckey has been a grassroots member of the Republican Party for many years and presently serves Mississippi as Republican National Committeewoman, where she is a member of the Presidential Nominating Process Committee and the RNC Budget Committee.
She is married to her high school sweetheart, Alwyn. They have two daughters. Jeanne graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and the University of Southern Mississippi with a Master's degree in Special Education.
