Teresa Hubbard

Ms. Teresa Hubbard was appointed to the Board by Governor Tate Reeves in May 2021 to represent the Third (Northern) Supreme Court District for a term to expire May 7, 2030.

A lifelong Mississippian, Ms. Hubbard serves as President and CEO of CITE Armored, an armored truck manufacturing company with operations in Holly Springs and Batesville, Miss. Ms. Hubbard founded the company in 2002 building armored cash transport vehicles and expanded recently into doing business with the U.S. Department of State on various projects.

After years of leadership in her industry, Ms. Hubbard was elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the Independent Armored Car Operators Association and is an active member of Secure Cash Transport Association. Named 2018 Business Woman of the Year and one of Mississippi's Top CEO's in 2019 by MS Business Journal, Ms. Hubbard is a passionate supporter of Mississippi's young professionals. She participates as a judge for the International Business Model Competition at Ole Miss as well as a judge for Mississippi State's Entrepreneurship Center's Start Up Summit and was selected as a keynote speaker at the Delta State University International Business Symposium.

Ms. Hubbard is a graduate of South Panola High School in Batesville, Miss., and received her BBA from Delta State University with a double major in Accounting and Computer Information Systems. A Certified Public Accountant, Ms. Hubbard worked primarily in public accounting for 17 years prior to delving into the manufacturing arena.

Ms. Hubbard resides in Oxford, Miss., with her children, Ben and Elizabeth.
