Donald Clark Jr.

Mr. Donald Clark Jr. was appointed to the Board by Governor Tate Reeves in March 2024 to represent the First (Central) Supreme Court District for a term to expire May 7, 2033.

Clark is currently Of Counsel to Butler Snow LLP, the largest law firm based in the state of Mississippi. He previously served as chairman of the firm for 14 years, ending in December 2019. His practice is primarily focused on the arenas of public finance and governmental law.

Clark has been consistently recognized throughout the course of his career, including an AV-rating by Martindale-Hubbell and recognition by Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America and Mid-South Super Lawyers. Clark is also a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.

A graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, Clark earned his law degree at the University of Mississippi.
